A corner lot has two street sides and no back fence to hide behind, so the planting has to do the work of one. This plan runs a single deep bed along both streets with a curved inner edge, which reads as one sweep from the road rather than two strips that meet at a corner. Ornamental grasses and perennials fill it; they take the road salt and the dog walkers better than a lawn does.
