The smallest plan here, and the one most people could build in a weekend or two: a paver patio with a fire pit in it, a strip of decomposed granite beside it for a table, and a row of shrubs along the near edge so the whole thing reads as a room rather than a slab.
Paver edging runs round the paved part to hold the pavers in, and the string lights are drawn as a run so they are priced by the foot like everything else strung across a yard. The lawn around it is left as sod over topsoil.
